As a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, you’ll:
- Design and build the Nest.js service scaffolding that lets product teams stand up new backend services in our next-generation monorepo
- Implement paved paths, generators,



and the platform primitives that make a new service work on day one rather than after a week of wiring.
- Build the seams that let new services run independently of our existing monolith.
- Own the deployment story for services and web applications on Cloudflare, and the interoperability with our existing AWS and Kubernetes estate managed through Pulumi and Argo CD.
- Lead migrations of substantial codebases into the monorepo and turn each one into a repeatable recipe rather than a bespoke effort.
- Partner directly with product teams as platform customers, treating their adoption as the measure of success and their friction as your backlog.
- Raise the leverage of the whole team by encoding what you learn into tooling, generators and agent-assisted workflows, so the next migration costs less than the last.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon team
