Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across multiple business lines in a fully remote role across the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Adecuado candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.
