Atomic Hr is helping a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX to build a hands-on growth engine. This role goes beyond briefing; you’ll direct Claude Code, run outbound campaigns, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships to wire a scalable growth stack.
You’ll own channels (search, lifecycle email/SMS, referrals), enable field activity, and produce AI-assisted creatives while enforcing strict compliance around the regulated product.
