Atomic HR is seeking a growth-minded marketer to architect a full-stack outbound engine. You will direct Claude Code to automate lists, enrich contacts, and run sequences, while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.
You will also empower the field team with targeted lists and post-visit follow-ups to improve win rates. You bring 3+ years in marketing, hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalents, expertise in SQL and APIs, and a sharp eye for offers and pages.
