About the Role

Are you an experienced management or risk consultant who excels at building frameworks, structuring client proposals, and defining service lines, but ready to move away from the traditional billable-hour structure?

We are seeking a full-time management consultant and practice manager towork directly side-by-side with the Founder of an established North American advisory firm. The firm possesses world-class expertise, data models, and established frameworks in technical risk advisory.

In this position, you will act as the commercial bridge between technical expertise and market execution. You will take raw advisory concepts and technical methodologies, turning them into structured, market-ready consulting packages. This includes defining scope, delivery models, pricing frameworks, client-facing deliverables, and commercial positioning.

Please note: This is not a growth-hacking, lead-generation, or digital marketing role. It is a strategic practice-development and offering-packaging position for a professional services expert.

Key Responsibilities

- Productize Advisory Services: Turn technical risk expertise into clear, sellable consulting packages, defining scope, delivery frameworks, and pricing structures.
- Commercial Packaging & Proposals:



Conduct targeted research to validate market demand, refine value propositions, and write high-caliber client proposals and pitch decks.
- Ecosystem Growth: Support organic pipeline expansion by building relationship-driven growth paths, referral networks, and strategic client follow-ups.
- Operational Rollout: Own the practical execution required to bring new service offerings from whiteboard concepts to operational delivery.
- Founder Collaboration: Act as a core thought partner to executive leadership, translating high-level vision into clear commercial go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years in management consulting, risk advisory, ESG, or an expertise-led professional services environment.
- Commercial Mindset: Proven track record writing consulting proposals, scoping client engagements, and designing service offerings/pricing.
- Communication Skills: Advanced C1/C2 fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional business writing skills for executive clients.
- Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work full-time during standard North American business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
