Reporting to the Talent Acquisition organization, the Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the teams that power our client engagements and internal growth. This individual will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and strategic roles across engineering, product, design, consulting, and support functions across LATAM, EMEA, and the US. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that perfectly blends operational rigor with creative sourcing and genuine people instinct. This individual will lead high-velocity candidate generation, build deep talent pipelines across three major regions, and partner directly with executive stakeholders to scale our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities





- General Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, strategic, and corporate roles across engineering, product, consulting, technology, design, and support functions in LATAM, EMEA, and US markets.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivery heads, and executive leaders to deeply understand role requirements, define compelling candidate experiences, calibrate talent, and define competitive general offer packages.

- Strategic Alignment: Work in tight alignment with internal Recruiting Managers, Sourcers, HR Business Partners (Account Management, Delivery, Engineering, and Support functions), and Talent Management to ensure a unified approach to our overall recruiting strategy and process.
