Serna Solutions is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide services for youth in Santa Fe Schools.

Since 2003 Serna Solutions has provided clinical counseling services to individuals, couples and families with a variety of challenges. Minimum qualifications include:
- Licensure as a non-independent Master's level behavioral health clinician (LMHC, LAMFT and LMSW) OR
- Licensure as an independent Master's level health clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsD, PhD

Preferred qualifications include: Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Under the general direction of the clinical director/clinical supervisor the clinician will be responsible for:
- Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to youth in the school setting individually and possible groups;
- Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
- Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional deve
