Overview of Position
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to build, automate, and maintain data and business intelligence solutions for the Renters Insurance Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role serves as the primary technical owner of reporting and analytical solutions, translating FP&A; reporting and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions through data acquisition, validation, modeling, reporting, automation, and analysis.
Approximately 70-80% of the role focuses on data, reporting, business intelligence, analytics, and technical solution development, while the remaining portion is dedicated to understanding financial and business context. This position offers significant autonomy and ownership, allowing the analyst to influence decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, drive automation initiatives, and explore the application of AI and emerging technologies within Finance.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Translate FP&A; reporting and analytical requirements into technical solutions that support actuals, budgets, forecasts, revenue, expenses, profitability, operational metrics, and KPIs.
- Explore, understand, and maintain knowledge of databases, data warehouses, reporting environments, business rules, and data dependencies.
- Assess data quality, completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and fitness for purpose.
