About you and this role
As Legal Counsel, you will serve as a key legal partner, providing practical, risk-based legal advice that enables the Company to achieve its strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across commercial, functional,



and business teams to address a broad range of legal matters, manage risk, and support business growth across the region. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, functions, and geographies while helping create solutions that advance both business objectives and Dow's commitment to responsible operations.

Responsibilities
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to business and functional teams across a broad range of matters, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of commercial, procurement and other legal documents.
