Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, text messages, and social media.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Provide timely responses to client questions, concerns, and requests.
• Conduct follow-up calls, status updates, and courtesy check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document all client communications, notes, and updates accurately.

Client Retention & Issue Resolution
• Address and resolve client complaints and escalated concerns.
• Work closely with attorneys, legal assistants,



and supervisors to identify solutions.
• Build trust with clients and help maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on issues to ensure satisfactory resolution and positive outcomes.
• Assist with client retention efforts by proactively addressing concerns and providing support.

Administrative & Case Support
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and account updates.
• Assist with onboarding and training activities when needed.
• Review and document client discharge information and related communications.
• Support medical record requests and treatment status follow-ups.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support client needs effectively.

What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Bilingual Customer Support experience OR 1+ year of experience in a medical or legal office setting.
