Description & Requirements

The Document Management Engineer will be responsible for providing third-line support, implementing enhancements, and maintaining the Firm's Document Management System (DMS). The role-holder will work closely with technology teams, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of document management solutions across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality third-line support for end users through the ServiceNow assignment queue
• Support the implementation, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of document management solutions
• Collaborate with technical and on-site support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application performance
• Participate in system testing, upgrade planning, solution rollouts, and change management activities




• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with Document Management and Technology teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, operational checklists, project updates, and support documentation
• Participate in training sessions, project meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Deliver training and support to colleagues and end users through various formats, including in-person and virtual sessions
• Promote secure computing practices and ensure compliance with Firm IT policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience supporting and administering document management platforms, preferably iManage
• Expert-level knowledge of iManage, including experience with recent versions and related components such as SPM, Mobile iManage
