About The Role





We are hiring a Digital Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of clients (15 accounts).

This role goes far beyond client communication. You are responsible for everything that impacts the health of your portfolio — revenue, costs, delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.

You are the escalation point, the strategist, the project owner, and the people leader.

If something goes wrong in the portfolio, it is yours to identify, solve, and prevent from happening again.

This is a high-responsibility role that requires advanced English, emotional intelligence, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving agency environment.
