We're looking for ambitious Appointment Setters & Sales Closers to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential—ideal for self-driven individuals who want their income to reflect their performance.

? What You'll Do Appointment Setting

• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
• Start conversations and build relationships with prospects
• Schedule qualified discovery calls
• Maintain accurate outreach and follow-up records

Sales Closing
• Conduct discovery and sales calls
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Handle objections with confidence
• Negotiate and close deals
• Ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team

? Who We're Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills




• Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and virtual meetings
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or client acquisition is a plus (but not mandatory)

? Compensation
This is a strictly commission-based role.
