About the role
Halter is changing the face of pasture-based ranching globally. Our product is complex, it sits at the intersection of hardware, software, animal behaviour, and real ranch operations, and the people who represent it need to know it inside out. You'll be part of the team that makes sure that's always true.
Every customer-facing hire across Support, Onboarding, and GTM goes through a program your team owns, and your job doesn't stop there. You'll own their ongoing product knowledge too, making sure that as Halter evolves, so does the capability of the people representing it. You'll build the content, run the sessions, assess competency, and stay close enough to the teams you support that you always know where the gaps are. Your job is to make sure our customer-facing people know the Halter product so well that every rancher and their animals get the best exp
