Influencer Hero is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform helping brands run and scale their influencer marketing programs. Our platform combines influencer discovery, CRM, outreach automation, affiliate tracking, campaign management, reporting, and creator workflows in one system.
We already have a strong inbound growth engine and customers across integral markets. We are now entering our next stage of growth: scaling demand generation, moving further into enterprise, and building a world-class marketing function.
We're looking for a Head of Growth to own that journey.
This is a key leadership hire with the potential to grow into a broader CMO-level role. You'll own our marketing and growth strategy, build the team around you, and be directly accountable for generating qualified pipeline and revenue.
This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can set the strategy, execute quickly, analyze the results, and build the team and systems required to scale what works.
What you'll own




- Own Influencer Hero's growth and marketing strategy with clear targets for qualified pipeline, ARR, CAC, and revenue
- Scale our existing inbound engine across SEO, GEO/AI search, content, email, paid acquisition, social, partnerships, webinars, and events
- Build new growth channels while continuously improving the performance of existing ones
- Work closely with Sales and the founders on ICP, ABM, enterprise GTM, lead quality, positioning, and pipeline generation
- Elevate our positioning, website, case studies, thought leadership, and content to the standard expected by mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across internal hires, freelancers, agencies, and AI-powered workflows
- Develop a rigorous experimentation culture: identify opportunities, launch quickly, measure results, and aggressively scale what works
- Track and improve CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing
