We are looking for a technically strong architectural professional to join a fast‑paced, builder‑aligned residential design environment focused on high‑end remodels and additions.
This role has direct impact on project flow, permit timelines, and production capacity. When this position performs well, documentation moves faster, builders stay aligned, and revenue flows more efficiently.
- Develop independent schematic design options for residential projects
- Translate concepts into permit‑ready construction documents
- Interpret zoning setbacks, no‑build zones, and local compliance requirements
- Apply structural span knowledge and framing logic into layouts
- Develop refined kitchen and interior layouts balancing aesthetics and constructability
- Coordinate with structural engineers and incorporate redlines quickly and accurately
- Maintain high drafting standards, clarity, and version control
- 8+ years of professional experience (5–8 considered if technically exceptional and strong in kitchen/interior detailing)
- US‑Based project experience




- Strong background in mid‑to‑high‑end residential projects: additions, whole‑home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, ADUs
- Advanced proficiency in Chief Architect (X17)
- Experience coordinating with structural engineers
- Familiarity with span charts and framing systems
- English level C1 – advanced written and spoken communication required
- Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, technically disciplined
- Comfortable receiving redlines and working in a direct, fast‑paced environment
