We're partnering with a full-service e-commerce performance marketing agency that helps DTC brands hit their sales goals and scale their online stores. Their services include cross-platform media buying, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and in-house creative production. As their Client Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between clients and the internal team: the main point of contact who understands what's happening in each client's business and makes sure the team delivers on every promise.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients and own the day-to-day relationship.
- Run regular client calls, manage expectations with confidence, and keep clients informed and excited about the work.
- Stay close to what's happening in each client's business so you know what will actually move the needle.
- Translate client feedback and priorities into clear actions for the internal team.
- Partner with the Project Manager (who owns execution and delivery) to make sure the team delivers against what's been promised on deadlines, deliverables, and quality.

- Spot gaps, opportunities, and risks early, before they turn into problems.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing or performance agency, with a solid understanding of how agencies operate.
- Excellent written and spoken English, plus real confidence leading client calls.
- A commercial mindset focused on results, not just on completing tasks.
- Strong organization and a proactive approach to keeping accounts on track.
- Comfort holding people accountable while keeping working relationships positive.
- The ability to build trust with clients while still pushing for better outcomes.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the agency's core services: cross-platform media buying, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and creative production.
- Experience working with DTC brands.
