Job Summary
The GDS Alliance Operations Associate (Pegasystems Alliance) will operate from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and provide day-to-day operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management and execution support for the Pegasystems Alliance within the broader General Alliances and Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. Working under the guidance of alliance leadership and more experienced team members, the role will support the tracking of priorities, maintenance of operational cadence, consistent use of established processes and timely execution of Pegasystems alliance activities across sell, build and deliver motions. The incumbent will collaborate with alliance, market, finance, contracts, training, BMC and enablement stakeholders to maintain delivery consistency, support data and reporting quality, follow defined ways of working and contribute to appropriate automation opportunities,



including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve routine operational outputs.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Update assigned alliance activity trackers with priorities, workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies and follow-up dates; send reminders and escalation overdue actions through the agreed channels.
- Collect, validate, consolidate and update data in standard reports, dashboards and templates covering sales, pipeline, opportunity tagging, partner-sourced and co-sell activity, prospect tracking, key GTM wins, book of business movements, partner program measures and other defined performance indicators.
- Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, QBRs, planning forums and operational reviews by requesting inputs, scheduling support, updating agendas and presentation materials from approved templates, recording minutes and actions, and fol
