About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based company looking for a highly resourceful and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support a variety of administrative, operational, and data-related tasks.

This is an idóneo role for someone who is comfortable receiving an outcome or initial direction and figuring out how to get there — without needing detailed step-by-step instructions for every task.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and proactive. You should be comfortable researching solutions, learning unfamiliar platforms, troubleshooting independently, and using available resources — including AI tools — to get things done.

What You’ll Do
- Handle data entry, platform setup, and general administrative tasks
- Upload and organize products, files, artwork, and other digital assets
- Support marketing and outreach workflows as needed
- Monitor systems and automated/AI-powered workflows, identifying and flagging potential issues
- Learn and work within new software platforms and digital tools




- Follow existing SOPs while using good judgment when instructions don’t cover every scenario
- Research solutions and troubleshoot issues independently before escalating
- Manage multiple related workstreams and switch between different types of tasks efficiently
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to research, problem-solve, and improve productivity
- Communicate progress, questions, and potential issues clearly with the team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software independently
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with data, files, and digital assets
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with limited supervision
- Comfortable troubleshooting before asking for assistance
