Industrial Technique Service - Argentina

Por eso te invitamos a sumarte a nuestro equipo de trabajo como PLANIFICADOR/RA DE SERVICIOS, cuya misión será alcanzar la máxima productividad del área, mediante la correcta planificación de los servicios técnicos y el correcto reporte de horas.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Planificar la ejecución de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, calibraciones a ejecutar en el taller y laboratorio, para todo el rango de producto a ser soportados por la división; coordinando el personal técnico, vehículos, herramental, repuestos, pasajes y hoteles (de ser necesarios), terceros proveedores, documentación de acceso al sitio, EPPs, y recursos financieros operativos del personal.
- Permanente contacto con el cliente y con los colabores internos del sector de Operaciones, Administración y Soporte Técnico de Postventa, la gerencia de la división, y las áreas soporte de Logística, Seguridad e Higiene y Recursos Humanos
- Alinearse con el/los Supervisores de los técnicos, así como también con el personal comercial y la gerencia de la división a fin de lograr un nivel servicio acorde a la promesa ofertada y a las expectativas del cliente.
- Elaborar reportes con métricas asociadas a la eficiencia en la planificación e indicadores relacionados al trabajo en el taller.
- Generar y coordinar la agenda del personal, así como asegurarse de cubrir con los requerimientos de documentación necesarios en función de las necesidades de los servicios comprometidos con los clientes internos y externos a fin de que los servicios sean realizados en tiempo y forma establecida.
- Ser el medio de contacto y comunicación para coordinar los procesos de recepción de herramientas,



seguimiento del proceso y devolución del trabajo dentro de los estándares y tiempos establecidos en Atlas Copco con clientes internos y externos.

Que esperamos de ti?

- Que seas estudiante en curso de las carreras de Ingeniería industrial, Organización Industrial o Licenciatura / Tecnicatura en Logística.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia probada en la administración eficiente de recursos operativos, preferentemente en empresas de servicios (No excluyente)
- Gran habilidad de comunicación, empatia y servicio.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
