Role Description This is a full-time remote contractor role for an AI Developer / Computer Engineer with strong English communication skills. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining software components, integrating AI functionality into existing systems, conducting experiments, and evaluating model performance.

The contractor will collaborate with team members to define technical requirements, write clean and efficient code, document solutions, and troubleshoot issues across the AI pipeline. The role also includes participating in code reviews,



contributing to architectural decisions, and staying current with relevant AI and software development best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Software Development, with experience building, testing, and deploying production-ready applications.
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, validating, and optimizing models.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, or conversational systems.
- Effective English written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and technical documentation.
- Experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and software development workflows in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote contractor setting.
