Here's the Gist:Woflow is a technology startup, creating products and solutions to support the high-growth on-demand economy. Our product is an end-to-end platform that allows our customers to request merchant data (think structured menu data, images, store information) and is the world’s first Merchant Data Platform.Our customers include food delivery companies, online ordering platforms and eCommerce marketplaces. We bring people onboard who add measurable value to the way we operate, as we look to keep the team mighty but nimble.We’re looking for a Transcriber to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s general data delivery efforts.

Our Data

Specialist team is the pulse of Woflow, ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools for multiple lines of business (LOB’s). A Transcriber handles all aspects of the data structuring and standardization process for clients.A strong Transcriber has superb time management skills and can multi-task with ease, all while communicating effectively with their peers and team leaders. They are obsessively focused on the details, and have an eye for spotting (and fixing)



their mistakes before anyone else does -- also a natural problem solver, they will stop at nothing to get the job done right.We are specifically looking to hire a Transcriber for our Menu Marketplace Team.

This opportunity is open for freelancers who are open to work on weekends only.Responsibilities:Work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met, on time and accuratelyUse Woflow’s proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasksAttend daily/weekly/monthly Quality and Development meetings (as invited) and keep up to date with all learning/training materials for all relevant LOB’sCommunicate reliably and effectively with all team members (peers, team leaders, managers, etc.) via proper channelsIdentify key problems or issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they ariseYou Are:6+ months doing similar work in data entry or data processing -- experience within a BPO is a strong plus, as well as previous menu transcription experienceEnglish language: native or bilingual proficiency (bonus languages are a plus!)Spanish language: native or bilingual proficiencyYou're obsessively organized and detail-orientedYou're curious and driven. You'll find the answer if you don't know itJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
