- Collaborate with the Metrics team in the creation and delivery of the KPIs from HR Operations.
- Implement technical solutions using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python and HTML.
- Participate in the development and management of spreadsheets in Google Sheets for data analysis and metrics tracking.

- Basic programming knowledge and understanding of fundamental concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript and Python. (desearable) - Analytical ability and detailed approach in addressing problems and challenges.
