As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Corporate Services Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our back-office operations across Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

What you’ll doClickUp & Process Infrastructure

- Build and manage ClickUp spaces, workflows, forms, dashboards, automations, and dependencies.
- Create SOPs, templates, and intake systems that make work trackable and repeatable.
- Lead the migration of existing workflows and backlogs from tools such as Asana into ClickUp.

Finance — Primary Focus

- Coordinate budget cycles, month-end close, vendor processes, and financial initiatives.
- Build a structured month-end close system with clear owners, deadlines, dependencies, and a target 10-day close.
- Create dashboards for overdue tasks, workload, blockers, completion rates, and close performance.
- Improve visibility into budget vs. actuals and financial project progress.





HR

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Track recruiting, policy updates, benefits renewals, and key HR deadlines.

Legal & Compliance

- Build a unified intake and approval workflow for legal, regulatory, and compliance requests.
- Track contracts, renewals, filings, certifications, and compliance deadlines.
- Ensure requests are properly prioritized, approved, assigned, and tracked.

PMO & Continuous Improvement

- Help build and scale the company's PMO infrastructure.
- Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements.
- Coordinate across departments without taking ownership away from functional leaders.

What you bring

- Hands-on experience building ClickUp infrastructure, not just using it.
- Strong project and process management experience.
- Experience with forms, automations, dashboards, dependencies, and approval workflows.
- Experience migrating projects from another PM tool, ideally Asana → ClickUp.
- Working knowledge of finance processes such as month-end close, AP/AR, budgets, and KPIs.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work confidently across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and leadership.
