- Front End UI/UX Developer -Employment classification: ContractorMonthly USD Payment: USD 1,500.00Report directly to:Puerto Rico OfficeResponsibilities:
- Overhaul user interfaces to optimize for speed and ease of use.
- Ensure customer service is provided in a timely fashion.
- Follow best practices for development.
- Assist in the test strategy and execution of master test plan.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines as assigned.
- Work closely with the product, design and engineering teams.
- Research new technologies and propose solutions to user needs.
- Identify UI problems and bugs and devise elegant solutions.Job Requirements:
- Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer- Fluent in verbal and written English- Understanding of how to interact with web services.
- Understanding of Azure is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in a variety of development frameworks and languages such as Vue, React, Bootstrap, JQuery, etc.




- Understanding of both mobile and desktop design principles- Can run unit test and debugging procedures.
- Comfortable interfacing and participating in Scrum exercises.
- Experience with XML, JSONPreferred Extensive experience in:
- HTML5- CSS3- CSS Media Queries- Responsive Design- Javascript- AJAX- JQuery UI- Git - source controlAdditional Skills:
- Knowledge of industry standard development practices: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, and QA.
- Exposure to post-launch on-going product development and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience using technical practices such as writing clean and testable code.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
