Collective, we're the team behind industry-leading brands like Action Network, HLTV, and Futbolsites.About the roleWe are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend depending on business needs.We are growing, and this position will be key in helping us hire amazing talent.Your Impact and Core Focus- Own end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned vacancies, ensuring speed and quality- Lead intake conversations with Hiring Managersto clarify role requirements, seniority, and interview processes- Conduct preliminary interviewsand build shortlists to present to Hiring Managers- Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, receiving guidance and feedback, while being expected to operate independently and take full ownership of your scope- Collaborate with Local HR Managers, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and proactively flag risks or bottlenecksWhat we are looking for- Proven experience as a Recruiter for at least 3 years- Strong screening and interviewing skills- Hands-on experience with active sourcing,
