About the Role

We’re looking for a Guest Experience Representative to help guests enjoy a smooth experience from inquiry to booking and beyond. You’ll provide support, manage reservations, and resolve issues with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Support guests via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage bookings, confirm availability, and process payments.
- Share key details with guests before arrival.
- Handle guest concerns, maintenance requests, and complaints.
- Provide feedback to help improve the guest experience.

- Fluency in English and Spanish.
