We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases and are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team.Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ESTResponsibilities:

- Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
- Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions.
- Efficiently manage a large caseload, ensuring each case receives proper attention.
- Organize and prioritize tasks by importance and urgency.
- Schedule physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of legal experience.
- Basic understanding of relevant medical terminology.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Versátil and adaptable to changing circumstances and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
