We are looking for a receptionist to Iguazú Requisitos

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk/reception role, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.

- Fluent English is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

- Previous experience using the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is required.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.

- Ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and requests efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international hospitality environment.

- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- A polished and professional appearance consistent with 5-star hotel standards.

- Additional languages are considered a plus.
