- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership- Recruit for a wide range of positions (operations, corporate, support, senior roles, and niche positions)- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines- Lead complex and senior-level hires independently- Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools,



and workflows- Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussionsWho We’re Looking For:We are looking for a very experienced recruiter who is confident, structured, and capable of handling complexity.Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter- Knowledge of Russian Language is a must:
- Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and levels- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Experience working with international or remote teams- Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountabilityWhat We Offer?:
