Position Purpose:

- To deliver differentiated teaching and learning; ensure consistency in the delivery of the New Zealand/Argentinian curriculum.
- Works with the Campus Principal (CP), and the Regional Director of T&L; to ensure annual and long-term learning goals with the focus on student achievement.
- Works with the local Trustees and liaises with parents as required.

Key accountabilities:

- Support and respect the School’s ethos, values and guiding principles
- Provides a competent delivery of the curriculum and develop a modern learning environment/culture to enable learning
- Develop and use management systems to support and enhance student learning.
- Identifies professional learning and development needs throughout the year. Proactively manages their own appraisal and professional development.
- Identifies and coordinates Learning Support in the classroom.

Requirements:

- Argentina registered Teacher.
- English: Advanced or Bilingual (idóneo)
- Secure knowledge and understanding of learning.




- Ideally two to three years successful teaching experience across Year 7-13.
- Evidence of highly effective teaching in more than one year group.
- Experience of working with and being part of a team of other adults.
- Experience of Assessment for Learning Experience of leading a key curriculum area.
- Has a wide view and knowledge of the curriculum and is concerned for the education of the whole person.
- Is knowledgeable about and experienced in the modern learning environment and modern learning techniques.
