Role Description The Marketing & Client Operations Assistant is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting both marketing initiatives and day-to-day client operations. This role includes supporting marketing activities such as drafting email campaigns, assisting with social media content, updating website or platform copy, and helping prepare presentations or marketing collateral. The Assistant will manage client communications, schedule meetings,



maintain accurate records in CRM or project management tools, and track deliverables to ensure a smooth client experience.

Weekly tasks also involve supporting operational processes, preparing reports and summaries, monitoring timelines, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows. The role works closely with leadership and project teams to provide proactive administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Required

- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, automations)
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, outreach, and engagement (DM sequences)
- Experience with Instagram organic growth and Instagram Ads
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Available to work EST business hours, 4–5 hours per day
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented — you do what you say you'll do
- AI tools & coaching platforms (e.g. Claude, Circle) a plus
