About the job
We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Argentina, with a strong commercial focus on the oilseed processing industry in the Greater Rosario area.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and promoting Alfa Laval’s products and services through a consultative and value-based sales approach.

Key responsibilities




• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and buying behavior to develop sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, develop and manage leads, converting them into concrete business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain an active presence in the market through customer visits, meetings and regular interactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ processes and needs, highlighting the value and differentiation of Alfa Laval solutions.
• Manage your customer portfolio through proactive commercial planning and effective use of our sales tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and a broad network across key customer organizations.
