We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for retaining and developing a long-term relationship with an assigned strategic account: a tier-1 telecommunications operator in Argentina. The role identifies business opportunities within the account and liaises between the customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Operate as the lead point of contact for sales with the assigned account.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key account stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the account.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Coordinate RFI / RFP responses.
• Incorporate the necessary products to provide the customer with a complete solution.
• Assist with issue escalations as needed.

Skills to be part of our amazing team:




• OSS knowledge: provisioning, service activation, network inventory, order management or service assurance.
• Commercial experience in the B2B telecom sector, selling to operators.
• Minimum 5 years in Account Management or consultative sales roles in technology, with an individual quota and a proven track record of attainment.
• Active relationships with telecommunications operators in Argentina.
• Advanced English
