(Hands-on experience producing AI videos with tools like Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 - required and ideally a background in DTC e-commerce ad creatives.)

We're looking for a Cinematic AI Visual Director & Creative Strategist to lead our next generation of ad creative. You'll own the concepting, storytelling, scripting, prompting and production of AI-generated video ads that look cinematic and perform like direct response ads, built for thumbstop, retention and conversion across paid social.

This is not a "make pretty AI videos" role. We need someone who can combine film language (shot composition, camera movement, pacing, lighting, continuity) with DTC performance principles (hooks, pain points, proof, offers, CTAs) and turn that into ads that sell.

Who are we?

We're a fast-growing haircare brand focused on root cover-up, making life easier for women over 40 and helping them feel confident and empowered. We're passionate about products that make a real difference in our customers' lives, and we're driven by creativity, results and a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience.

What is our culture like & who is a good fit?

Culture fit is our #1 factor when hiring. We have a genuine will-to-win. No work is beneath us if it moves us toward our goals. We use creativity to do more with less, and quickly. We use data to make decisions and live by three core values: "work smart," "overdeliver," and "speed is king." We love learning; every problem is an opportunity to grow.

If you want a stress-free corporate 9–5, this isn't it. If you want to challenge yourself, work directly with the founders and help scale a brand to $10M+, you're in the right place. No politics, no corporate chicanery, just a group of passionate, smart, hardworking people, with an excellent performance-based bonus plan.

Key Objectives:• Own the full AI creative pipeline, from concept and script to storyboard, prompting, generation, editing and final export, delivering a steady flow of ad-ready
