Help Build the Operating Engine Behind MSCI’s Private Assets Business

MSCI’s Private Assets business is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Product Operations & Governance Manager to help shape how the organization scales, operates, and delivers.

Sitting within the Private Assets COO organization, this is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and execution. You’ll help build the frameworks, governance, and operating rhythms that turn strategic priorities into action—enabling teams to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver with greater clarity and accountability.

• Turn strategy into execution by creating structure around key priorities and initiatives.

• Build scalable operating frameworks that support the continued growth of the Private Assets business.

• Strengthen governance and decision-making across complex, cross-functional programs.

• Create greater visibility for senior leadership into priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Improve how teams work together, removing friction and driving stronger execution from idea through delivery.
