* Coordinate vacuum truck operations and lead the vacuuming team.

* Plan resources, receive work orders, and arrange PTW and required isolations.

* Monitor vacuuming activities across plant equipment, machinery, confined spaces, and work-at-height areas.

* Ensure safe operation, scheduled maintenance, and proper handling of vacuum truck accessories.

* Monitor waste collection, quality, quantity, and disposal according to procedures.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents.

* Conduct effective shift handovers and respond to emergency situations.

Requirements
* High School or Technical Diploma/Certification.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in the steel industry.

* Experience coordinating Super Sucker/vacuum truck operations.

* Valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License.

* Basic computer and English reading/writing skills.

* Required safety certifications including PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Work at Height, and Defensive Driving.

* Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
