About the RolePremier Socials is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our team of Personal Injury Intake Specialists handling inbound leads for personal injury law firms.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, improving lead conversion, coaching intake specialists, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that every inbound lead is handled quickly, professionally, and according to established intake processes.
The adecuado candidate has a strong background in sales management, call-center leadership, lead conversion, and CRM management, with experience managing teams that handle inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Personal Injury Intake Specialists.
• Monitor daily sales and intake performance across the team.
• Track KPIs including lead response time, contact rate, qualification rate, conversion rate, appointments/bookings, follow-up activity, and revenue.




• Review calls and provide regular coaching and feedback to intake specialists.
• Identify performance gaps and create action plans to improve individual and team results.
• Ensure all inbound leads are contacted promptly and followed up with consistently.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of client intake information.
• Ensure team members follow approved scripts, processes, and qualification criteria.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Use CRM systems to monitor lead activity, pipeline progression, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Work closely with clients and internal leadership to communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, scripts, workflows, and lead conversion.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new intake specialists.
