What you will be doing:
• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. ?
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. ?

• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. ?

• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. ?

• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. ?

• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. ?

• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. ?





Our idóneo candidate:
• Holds a bachelor’s degree. ?

• Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. ?

• Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. ?✉️

• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). ?

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Polish, both spoken and written. ?️✍️

• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. ?

• Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. ?
• Permanently resides in Latin America. ?
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ?
