About the Role
We’re looking for a Guest Experience Representative to help guests enjoy a smooth experience from inquiry to booking and beyond. You’ll provide support, manage reservations, and resolve issues with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Support guests via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage bookings, confirm availability, and process payments.
• Share key details with guests before arrival.
• Handle guest concerns, maintenance requests, and complaints.
• Provide feedback to help improve the guest experience.
