We’re hiring someone to own growth for our e-commerce clients and lead the team responsible for delivering it.
You’ll work directly with Antonio, our CEO, managing client relationships, setting strategy, and holding our paid media, creative, web, and CRM teams accountable for execution and results. Your focus: growing revenue profitably.
What you’ll own
Lead client calls, explain performance, manage expectations, and handle difficult conversations.
Build growth plans with clear revenue targets, acquisition budgets, priorities, and deadlines.
Identify what’s limiting growth across Meta and Google Ads, ad creative, Shopify stores, product pages, checkout, and email/SMS follow-up.
Guide creative testing: identify winning angles, brief the creative team, and turn performance insights into better ads.
Improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases through better offers, customer journeys, and retention campaigns.
Turn strategy into clear briefs and assignments. Coach team members, review their work,



and address weak performance.
Keep departments aligned and execution moving without the CEO chasing people.
Identify at-risk accounts early, take ownership of recovery plans, and retain and grow client relationships.
Who we need
You’ve managed multiple e-commerce accounts and led delivery teams inside a performance marketing agency.
You understand Meta and Google Ads, Shopify, creative testing, conversion optimization, and email/SMS retention.
You can connect marketing performance to revenue and profitability through CAC, MER, average order value, customer lifetime value, and contribution margin.
You know how to make scaling decisions based on margins, inventory, cash flow, and customer acquisition costs.
You’re comfortable challenging both clients and the team when something isn’t working.
You’re organized, direct, and decisive. You follow through without needing reminders.
