AppDirect is seeking an ITAD Operations Associate to join the General Operations team. You will manage ITAD workflows, coordinate with warehouses, and drive financial processes and data infrastructure for the ITAD program in a hybrid setup.
You’ll work with Google Sheets, Parabola, and Retool to build repeatable processes and ensure accurate reporting, with a strong emphasis on ownership and communication across Finance, Ops, and Customer Success.
