Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Manage the internal communications ecosystem, including Teams, the Intranet, editorial calendars and recurring campaigns.
- Build a reliable editorial pipeline by proactively sourcing information from directors, managers and teams across the organization.
- Translate business updates and organizational priorities into clear, engaging communications and campaigns spanning business news, events, employee experience, CSR and culture.
- Develop creative strategies to increase adoption and meaningful use of internal channels while reinforcing collaboration, accountability, initiative, and knowledge-sharing.
- Advise stakeholders on message, channel, audience and timing, and use engagement data and feedback to improve effectiveness.

Employee Experience & Lifecycle
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility and organizational changes, ensuring SOPs are followed and exceptions handled with sound judgement.
- Coordinate HR, IT,



managers and other stakeholders to ensure activities are completed end-to-end, including new hire welcomes and system updates.
- Maintain organizational charts and relevant employee information across internal systems.
- Identify recurring friction points and ownership gaps and improve manual processes toward more scalable, documented and automated workflows.
- Support Academy initiatives as needed, including program coordination, promotion, participant engagement, training logistics and measurement.

Event Management
- Manage internal and client-facing events end-to-end, from initial brief through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Translate business objectives into event plans, timelines, budgets and success measures.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, invitations, registrations, A/V, online meeting tools, interpretation technology and other logistics.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets and risks proactively.
