As a Commercial Graphic Designer – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and strategic communication of our proposals within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate ideas and value propositions to potential clients, enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, navigating complex situations,



and mentoring junior team members. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, anticipate the needs of your teams, and deliver quality work. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

- Creating and redesigning executive presentations based on stakeholder requirements and brand guidelines
