Business Analyst
About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will make an impact by driving digital transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical research and early discovery. You will serve as a strategic partner between research scientists, business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate scientific needs into innovative digital solutions that accelerate research outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements discovery workshops with scientists, research leaders, and business stakeholders to define digital R&D; solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Partner with Product Owners to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and support Agile delivery activities.
- Evaluate scientific research workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital innovation.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, scientific, and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption.

What you need to have to be considered
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or related roles within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical R&D;, or Scientific Research.
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: Drug Discovery, Early Research, Preclinical Development, Translational Research, Bioinformatics, Genomics, Proteomics, Biomarkers, Chemistry, Biology, or Scientific Data M
