Overview
Summary of the position.
The Data Analysis Intern will support the analytics team in collecting, processing, and visualizing data using Odoo 17 and other tools. The role supports data management, inventory control, process automation, commercial strategy, collections reporting, and learning data analysis technologies.
Responsibilities
- Extract and organize sales, inventory, customer, and collections data from Odoo 17
- Help create reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
- Support the creation of pivot tables and charts to visualize relevant information
- Assist in verifying and updating purchase and sales prices in Odoo
- Support the consolidation of import costs, taxes, and profit margins
- Collaborate in validating stock records across warehouses and stores
- Support the configuration of alerts and basic automations in Odoo 17
- Perform automation tests to improve collections and logistics processes
- Document processes and procedures related to data flow




- Collect and analyze purchasing trends and customer behavior data
- Help segment customers for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns
- Assist in tracking conversion metrics for the online store
- Help monitor outstanding debts and delinquency analysis
- Support the preparation of customer lists with outstanding balances for internal reports
- Verify and consolidate information for customer communication through WhatsApp from Odoo
- Become familiar with Odoo 17 sales, inventory, and accounting modules
- Learn about data integration between Odoo, Google Sheets, and external APIs
- Participate in internal training on data analysis and process automation
