At Morean, we're looking for a Sales Operations Associate, Systems & Tools to join an international team and help build and improve the systems and tools that support go-to-market operations.

In this role, you'll take a hands-on approach to managing and improving the GTM tech stack across Sales, Customer Success, and Self-Serve teams. You'll identify manual and repetitive processes, build automations, connect systems, evaluate new tools, and help ensure that the technology supporting customer-facing teams works efficiently and with less manual effort.

You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and drive tooling and automation initiatives from idea to implementation.

What You'll Do

Tooling Ownership & Support
- Own and manage the go-to-market tool stack, serving as a first point of contact for tooling-related questions and issues.
- Scope and drive tooling initiatives end-to-end, defining requirements, milestones, and expected business outcomes.




- Evaluate new tools and AI-powered workflows and assess their potential value for the organization.
- Build business cases and recommendations for tools and systems worth adopting.
- Create documentation and self-service resources to improve tool adoption and reduce recurring support needs.

Automation & Workflow Design
- Identify manual and repetitive processes across Sales and Customer Success and build automations to improve efficiency.
- Build workflows using tools such as Clay, Zapier, and similar automation platforms.
- Work with tables, enrichment workflows, API and webhook connections, and AI-powered automation features.
- Connect automation workflows with CRM, enrichment sources, and other tools across the GTM stack.
- Own the testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of workflows as tools and processes evolve.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and create more scalable operational processes.
