Project Overview
In this role, you will support a leading financial services platform focused on debt relief solutions. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced product and development team dedicated to evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem. The project involves building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that enhance both customer and agent experiences. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer,



you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of cross-departmental capabilities that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Mobile Testing Strategy: Lead testing efforts for mobile platforms using Appium and Java to ensure seamless user experiences.
- API Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous API testing and verification using automation frameworks or Postman to validate data integrity and system integration.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and developers to translate complex business requirements into manageable, high-quality deliverables.
- Manual Verification: Conduct strategic manual testing when necessary to ensure edge cases are covered and user flows are intuitive.

Must-Have Skills
- Senior-level expertise in Playwright with TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Appium and Jav
