Department Description

The mission of the Solutions Center of Excellence (CoE) is to build, deliver, and support demonstration environments for use by our Solution Engineers (SEs) globally.



These environments incorporate the latest Salesforce capabilities, providing the baseline required to deliver best-practice demos, enabling our SEs to scale, innovate, and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to operate in a "Scrum of Scrums" capacity across the Industries Product Owner / Scrum world. Rather than running ceremonies directly, this role ensures Agile ceremonies are happening consistently and following best practices across pods, leans in where a pod is struggling, identifies and addresses recurring themes, and consolidates and relays delivery health up to leadership. Ultimately, this role is accountable for setting the team up for success with Scrum and leading the Scrum of Scrums function — freeing our teams to focus on backlog and technical depth rather than process facilitation.
