Our 160-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a general influencer network, we’re scaling rapidly, and we need a Head of HR who can build the people, processes, and performance systems to support our next stage of growth.

As our Head of HR, you'll be responsible for building the people infrastructure that enables High Scale to scale efficiently while maintaining a high-performance culture.
This isn't a traditional HR role focused solely on policies and administrative processes. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who understands how to connect people operations with business performance.
You'll work directly with executive leadership to strengthen our organizational structure, develop performance management systems, improve employee engagement, and establish scalable HR processes across the company.
From implementing KPI frameworks and building leadership development programs to improving employee retention and optimizing our recruitment strategy, you'll play a critical role in shaping how High Scale operates.
